New Years Day finds me Frogging the socks

Have you ever misjudged guage on a basic so much.
The socks are huge..they wouldn't stay on. So two thirds of the way through the firs sock they are frogged.

Time to look for a more inspiring new years project.

The Season of Bags Continues

So the bag for the SIL (Eldest Brothers wife) is first.

I have tried something different with the squares following a theme. I think I still love the bold contrasting solids..but it does look lovely.

I have slowed as I had a Christmas function and dh's birthday this week. So not too much knitting on those days.

Blue Bags are Felted

So the blue bags for Christmas are felted and drying.

They have turned out really well.

Very happy with them.
