The Madelinetosh Tosh Sock was too tempting especially in the Flashdance colourway in person. I have been watching this colourway start to appear with great envy.
In addition they had some Needlefood (an independent dyer who has closed up the business) Wool-Silk in Lavender.
I don't count discontinued yarns - they are an acceptable exception to the year of knitting from Stash so the Needlefood is ok. The Madelinetosh is quite questionable though. Oh well nobody is perfect.

pfft. one skein of madtosh that CLEARLY had your name on it Does Not Count. and of course discontinued stuff doesnt count either. very wise choices!
Oh I Love that Flashdance, very sensible purchase. Yarn diet schmiet, sounds like you a lot of fun.
